Jered Miller

Chef Miller is a native West Virginian and brings the state's indigineous flavors to light at Draper's Cafe.  Having started his career as a graduate of The Greenbrier's Culinary Apprenticeship Program, Chef Miller has excelled in various positions throughout food & beverage including Saucier of the Main Kitchen under the direction of Certified Master Chef, Peter Timmins.

It was later in his work at the resort's Tavern Room that Chef Miller perfected his craft under the direction of Chef Rich Rosendale.  His talents then led him to The Washington Duke Inn where he served as Chef de Cuisine.

In 2007, Chef Miller rejoined The Greenbrier team and is now reunited in his work with now Executive Chef Rosendale.
