The Greenbrier is proud to announce the return of Rich Rosendale to build on the long tradition of food and beverage excellence at America's Resort.

Chef Rosendale's distinguished career has taken him from Pennsylvania to Northern Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and some of the finest kitchens in the United States.  Chef Rosendale previously served the resort as Chef De Cuisine of The Tavern Room.

Rarely does an Executive Chef's career encompass as much diversity--competing as team captain of the culinary Olympic team, working at five-star restaurants, and Owner/Chef of two full service restaurants.

And his talents have not gone unnoticed.  Chef Magazine recently referred to him as "A New Breed of American Chefs" an amalgam of different generations and philosophies from within the industry.
