Thierry Delourneaux
Continuing its long tradition of culinary excellence, The Greenbrier is proud to announce the appointment of Thierry Delourneaux as Executive Pastry Chef.
Chef Delourneaux's training has taken him from France to New York, Toronto to California and has included Executive Pastry Chef positions at the Forbes Five Star, AAA Five-Diamond Grand Del Mar in San Diego, as well as Ritz Carlton Tyson's Corner and the world famous Beverly Hilton.
Some of his other career highlights include:
- Guest Chef & Host - Party of the Sense - 2005 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
- Creating the 2007 Dessert Menu for the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
- Executive Chef Feature in the March 2009 issue of Pastry & Baking North America Magazine
Armed with a true passion for his craft and a Masters in Pastry, Chef Delourneaux continues to win awards for his pastries and desserts, heightening the resort's pastry chef d'oeuvres.
