Deposit Policy
For your convenience, The Greenbrier deposit requirement is equal to one night's room and tax charges.
Deposits for holiday reservations (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) are $600 per room at the time of booking. Deposits for holiday reservations are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that holiday deposits are considered non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
When requesting reservations, please note arrival and departure dates carefully. All major credit cards accepted for deposit and upon arrival for check-in.
Third or Fourth Party Occupancy
Adults 18 years or older: $50 per person, per night.
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time 12:00 Noon
