Fine Dining
The Greenbrier's excellence is perhaps best defined by our dining experiences. Regardless of venue or menu, every meal at The Greenbrier is truly exquisite. Executive Chef Rich Rosendale leads The Greenbrier's renowned culinary brigade, whose talents are sure to astound you.
Each of our restaurants features a signature menu and its own unique dining experience. Prime 44 West is a premier steakhouse. The iconic Main Dining Room is the epitome of Greenbrier cuisine in an elegant setting. Sam Snead’s at the Golf Club, which offers spectacular views of our three championship courses, specializes in West Virginia favorites and regional favorites. For luncheon and dessert specialties, Draper’s Restaurant provides a casual and convenient setting.
And dessert is no exception. Executive Pastry Chef Thierry Delourneaux has elevated the resort's delicacies in all venues with his passion and extensive background.
Evenings also offer several entertainment options, like the sports bar in Slammin' Sammy's , the Lobby Bar, and new elegant venues in the Casino Club at The Greenbrier.
The combination of our talented culinarians and one-of-a-kind venues provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal or event.
