All classes are $24 per participant. Hikes are $45 per participant. Classes are held in the Aerobics Studio unless otherwise noted. For specific dates and times, Download the September Fitness Class Schedule (PDF).

Power Walk
This 3.5-mile walk is a great way to start your day! Combine the beauty of our grounds with a high-energy, early morning walk. Power walks depart from the Aerobics Studio.
Abs Blast
A 30-minute class that emphasizes training the different muscles of the core: abs, oblique, and lower back.
Spin Zone
A 40-minute, high-intensity workout on the LeMond Rev Master bikes. The class is geared around both speed and power intervals.
Sports Center Spin
Hour-long class that lets you get caught up on all of the previous day's sports news while getting in you cardiovascular exercise. The class is designed around the hour-long sports show.
Power Ball
An hour-long class that delivers a full-body workout utilizing the stability ball. This class is great for beginners who have never tried using the ball. Focus in this class is core strength and balance.
Yogalates
Hour-long class that combines both the practices of yoga and pilates into one exciting class.
Pilates
Hour-long class focusing on strengthening and lengthening every muscle in the body and is especially great for training the core muscles.
Yoga Basics
Open to all skill levels. In this hour-long class, you will use basic standing positions, floor positions, and stretching/relaxation techniques to get in a total body workout.
30-20-10
Hour-long class that combines the three components of fitness. 30 minutes spin/aerobics, 20 minutes strength, and 10 minutes of flexibility.
Circle Circuit
60 minutes of high intensity exercises. A class that uses stations to keep participants moving. Get both your strength and cardio workout in this class.
Fast Feet
30-minute cardio class. A variety of fitness accessories are used to get your feet moving faster and heart rate up!
Hikes
Guided hikes to the top of Greenbrier Mountain. Great way to get a workout while enjoying the outdoors. You may want to take a camera to capture the spectacular views. Hikes range in length of 4-6 miles and time of 2-3 hours. Hikes depart form the Fitness Center.
