Golf Tournament Format
This 36-hole Pro-Am tournament consists of the following team format: one LPGA or PGA club touring professional and four amateurs as a complete team. Handicaps are to be verified by each professional. The field is limited to the first 20 teams.
The Championship Format will be one best gross score plus one best net score per hole. In addition, there will be a 36-hole Stroke Play Championship for professionals. Greenbrier gift certificates and other prizes will be awarded to all amateur winners.

Hotel Guest Rooms
Single - $2378
Double (2 participants) - $1844 per person
Double (1 participant and 1 spouse/guest) - $2778*
Children (Ages 4-17) - $190 per child*
Early Arrival Saturday Night or Late Departure Tuesday Night
Add-On rate of $299 per room, including breakfast (Resort fee and taxes additional)
Paradise and Spring Row Cottages
Add-On rate of $550 per room
Rates include:
- Two nights' room accommodations (October 10 & 11)
- Players' breakfast buffet and lunch on tournament days
- Sunday night reception
- Private dining event on Monday and Awards Luncheon on Tuesday
- Tournament favors, prizes, special awards and team photos
- Unlimited use of practice range
- Green fees, golf cart rental, range balls, complimentary locker, shoe cleaning, club cleaning and golf bag storage for practice round and two days of tournament play
- Resort fees and taxes
*Breakfast in the Main Dining Room, Sunday night reception, reception and dinner on Monday, and awards luncheon on Tuesday is included for spouse/guest and children.
Hotel guest room rates are based on traditional rooms; all other accommodations subject to add on rates. The package inclusions, listed above, detail the private dining events included in the package rate; all other meals are a la carte.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: $1000 deposit per amateur is required to secure reservations.
A complete deposit refund is granted if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event.
